Shipping

We deliver quickly and reliably throughout Europe.

The delivery time for items in stock is typically 2–3 business days. Shipping is handled by FedEx or UPS, depending on the delivery address region.

If an item is not in stock, we will of course inform you separately about the expected delivery time.

No shipping takes place on weekends.

Shipping Costs

For orders under €200, we charge a flat shipping fee of €11.95.

Free shipping for all orders with a merchandise value of €200 or more.

Shipping Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email including a tracking number.

We do our best to process orders as quickly as possible and deliver high-quality products on time.

Partial Deliveries

If an item in your order is temporarily out of stock, partial deliveries may occur.

In this case:

we will inform you in advance by email about the expected delivery time for the back-ordered items
we will ship the available items immediately
the subsequent delivery will be free of charge, even if the original order value is below €200

You will therefore receive two separate shipments: one with the immediately available items and another with the back-ordered products.
