Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all deliveries from Yare Group AG (hereinafter Yare Tools) to consumers. A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for a purpose that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor their independent professional activity.

Conclusion of Contract
- The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but merely an invitation to place an order.
- By clicking the button [ORDER WITH OBLIGATION TO PAY NOW], you place a binding order for the goods listed on the order page. Your purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation via email immediately after receiving your order.
Right of Withdrawal
- If you are a consumer (i.e., a natural person who places the order for a purpose that can be attributed neither to your commercial nor your independent professional activity), you are entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with statutory provisions.
- If you, as a consumer, exercise your right of withdrawal according to section 4.1, you shall bear the regular costs of returning the goods.
- For the rest, the regulations detailed in the Cancellation Policy apply to the right of withdrawal.
Prices and Shipping Costs
- The prices stated on the product pages include statutory VAT and other price components.
- In addition to the stated prices, we charge a flat rate of EUR 11.95 per order for delivery within Europe. The shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you again on the product pages, in the shopping cart system, and on the order page.
Delivery
- Delivery takes place within Europe.
- Delivery time is usually 2–3 business days after dispatch of the order. In individual cases, the delivery time may vary. Should different delivery times arise, we will inform you immediately.

Payment
- Payment can be made by advance payment (direct bank transfer), credit card (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, or invoice.
- Payment by invoice is only available for registered customers who have paid at least one order.
- If you select advance payment, we will provide our bank details in the order confirmation and deliver the goods upon receipt of payment.
Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment.
Warranty for Material Defects
Yare Tools is liable for material defects in accordance with the applicable statutory provisions, in particular §§ 434 et seq. of the German Civil Code.
Dispute Resolution
We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
