The Ko-ken ratchet offers high efficiency and reliable performance.
The S.O.D.H-System® ensures that the two pawls are firmly anchored in the ratchet body and the springs are securely fixed. This allows for easy and safe switching, while the force of the ratchet gear is transmitted vertically to the pawls, effectively preventing the mechanism from slipping.
With the Two-Step Dog Design, power is transmitted via two teeth of the ratchet wheel, enabling higher torque transmission compared to ratchets with a single-tooth mechanism. This ratchet thus offers an optimal combination of power and precision for demanding work.
