The S.O.D.H-Systems® ensures that the two pawls are firmly anchored in the ratchet body and the springs are securely fixed. This enables easy and safe switching, while the force of the ratchet gear is transferred vertically to the pawls, effectively preventing the mechanism from slipping.
With the Two-Step Dog Design, the force is transferred via two teeth of the ratchet wheel, enabling higher force transmission compared to ratchets with only a single tooth mechanism. This ratchet thus offers an optimal combination of performance and precision for demanding work.
